The Experience & Order Placement

Every piece curated under the SheLuxury Brena label is subject to availability and final confirmation. All pricing is displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and remains subject to adjustment prior to order completion. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or cancel any order in the event of stock limitations, pricing discrepancies, or unverified payment details.

All Sales Are Final

To uphold our uncompromising hygiene standards and preserve the exclusivity of our creations, all purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Deliveries & Nairobi Pickup

For our clients acquiring pieces outside Nairobi, dispatch is handled through trusted courier services, with risk of loss transferring upon handover to the carrier. Clients selecting our central Nairobi CBD pickup service will receive private collection notifications via text or email once their order has been prepared, allowing you to collect your package at your leisure during operational hours.
